Stonewall Farms Stallions announces unique and innovative racing/breeding revenues partnership

Palm Beach Racing Partnership, LLLP, in association with Stonewall Farm Stallions, has organized and is offering shares in an innovative new racing and breeding revenues partnership which is unique in the thoroughbred industry.

The proposed new partnership includes 5 fillies (3 by MEDAGLIA D’ORO and 2 by LEROIDESANIMAUX – see below) which have been shipped to Florida for breaking and training. It is anticipated that the fillies will race for 2½ years and will be bred, without charge, to stallions owned by Stonewall Farm Stallions or its affiliates and sold (whether or not in foal) in the November 2011 Keeneland auction.

In addition to the racing fillies, the Partnership will acquire: (i) either 20% of the entity which owns 80% of Hines Racing, LLC (the owner of LAWYER RON) or, if a syndication agreement is finalized, 15% of LAWYER RON (in any either event, the actual or beneficial ownership of 15% of LAWYER RON); and (ii) not less than $425,000 from the 2010 and 2011 breeding revenues generated by MEDAGLIA D'ORO and LEROIDESANIMAUX.
