For those of you who are repeat clients, we want to welcome you back and express our sincere appreciation for your support in the past and your continued support in the future. For those who are new clients, welcome to the Stonewall Farm Stallions family.
We are extremely proud of the progress that Stonewall Farm Stallions has made in a very short period of time. The progeny of our Stallions have achieved international success, both on the race track and at public auction. Our young, dynamic, affordable and versatile 2009 Stallion roster is highly respected on an industry wide basis.
We are acutely aware of the challenges facing this industry that we all love. In order to meet those challenges, we have implemented a number of additional unprecedented and creative programs for 2009 which are designed to decrease the costs and inconvenience, and increase the success and profitability, of breeding to a Stonewall?Farm Stallion. If you have any questions or comments about any of our programs, please feel free to contact any member of our staff or refer to the more detailed descriptions on our website.

Breeder Programs and Incentives for 2009
- Multiple Mare Brokers Early Payment Incentive
Stonewall Farm Stallions will pay the commission due to any broker and/or bloodstock agent which procures signed Nomination Purchase Agreements for at least three (3) approved mares to be bred to a Stonewall Farm Stallion as follows: (i) ten percent (10%) of the commission within seven (7) business days after the complete execution and delivery of the Nomination Purchase Agreement; (ii) forty percent (40%) of the commission at the time the mare is bred; and (iii) the fifty percent (50%) balance of the commission upon payment of the stud fee by the mare owner.
- Selected State Breeders' Program
Stonewall Farm Stallions will provide a one-time complimentary, no-guarantee season to an approved mare foaling registered Louisiana, New York and Pennsylvania-breds. In consideration thereof, Stonewall Farm Stallions will be named as co-breeder to receive 50% of all breeders’ awards earned by the resulting foal. The foal shall remain 100% owned by the mare owner to be sold or raced at its discretion. This is not a foal-sharing program.
- Graded Stakes Mare Program
Stonewall Farm Stallions will provide a one-time complimentary, no-guarantee season to an approved graded stakes winner and graded stakes winner producer. (does not include Medaglia d'Oro)
- Stakes-Winner Breeder Program
Stonewall Farm Stallions will provide a one-time complimentary, no-guarantee season to the breeder of record of a stakes winner or stakes winner producer resulting from a breeding to a Stonewall Farm Stallion (for the same stallion to the same mare). (does not include Medaglia d'Oro)
