Stonewall Farm Stallions announced Monday the stud fees for its 12-horse roster for 2009.

"Stonewall is coming off its best year ever, and we look forward to working with breeders to build on that success in 2009," said Clark Shepherd of Stonewall Stallions.

"We could not have been more happy with Medaglia d'Oro, who had 3 stakes winners, 16 maiden special weight winners and tremendous sales averages. He has firmly established himself as a top freshman sire. Even with that success, we've determined to leave his stud at $40,000 for obvious reasons and hope that breeders can capitalize again in 2009. We have also reduced the fees on some of our other stallions to better place them in the market. Among those is Eclipse Champion Lawyer Ron, whose first book was full of quality mares."
