Starred, a 3-year-old colt, became champion Leroidesanimaux’s latest maiden special weight winner when he streaked to a 1 ¼-length win on Feb. 14 at Turfway Park.

The $21,000 race was run at one mile over the local synthetic surface. Starred now owns a record of 1-2-0 from four starts with earnings of $21,674 for owners Skychai Racing LLC and Sand Dollar Stable LLC. The chestnut colt was bred in Kentucky by Long Grove Bloodstock, LLC from the stakes-producing Mining mare Five Gold Stars.
